The launch of the Verizon Wireless store at RadioShack is the culmination of a strategic alliance that brings a national and unified approach to cellular offerings for both companies.
The Verizon Wireless stores at RadioShack showcase popular wireless phones, national, regional and local service plans, Mobile WebSM, Mobile MessengerSM and phone accessories — all within a convenient, customer-friendly shopping environment. RadioShack's knowledgeable sales associates have been trained on Verizon Wireless' complete product line and will help guide customers to the wireless rate plan that best fits their needs.

During the launch timeframe of May and June, the Verizon Wireless store at RadioShack is offering 2,000 free weekend airtime minutes on Verizon Wireless' National SingleRate™ plans with a minimum $35 or more monthly access charge. The 2,000 free weekend air time minutes are available to existing as well as new customers who will keep the minutes as long as they stay on the same rate plan, even if they sign a new contract. Customers who purchase select handsets will receive a $30 instant in-store RadioShack "Cool Card" that may be used toward the purchase of a handset or any other merchandise in the store.
In addition to the SingleRate and Cool Card promotions, the Verizon Wireless store at RadioShack will also offer one free month of Verizon Wireless' Mobile Web Internet service (restrictions apply) and special pricing on the Motorola StarTAC handset.
