INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Verizon Wireless has promoted Dawn Bratton to data sales manager of the company's Indiana/Kentucky/Michigan Region.

In her new position, Bratton is responsible for managing the region's team of data sales consultants. These individuals work with Verizon Wireless salespeople and their customers to clearly explain data products and services, such as wireless email; TXT, Picture and video Messaging; and V CAST, which offers music and games, as well as news, weather, sports and entertainment video clips. Bratton and her team also work with customers to identify and recommend specific solutions that will enhance customers' productivity, saving them time and/or money.

Previously, Bratton was a data sales consultant for the company. She joined Verizon Wireless in 1994 as a customer service representative in the business sales channel. For five consecutive years, Bratton has been honored for her outstanding achievements in sales and overall excellence for the company. Before joining Verizon Wireless, Bratton worked at MacAllister Machinery in Indianapolis.

A Michigan native, Bratton resides in Indianapolis.
