美國新澤西州BASKING RIDGE — Verizon Wireless今日宣布將於星期日（12月5日）開啟全球規模最大的4G LTE網路。Verizon Wireless的4G LTE 行動寬頻網路將成為美國最快、最先進的4G網路。企業用戶將首先受益於4G LTE網路，其速度最快可達到該公司3G網路的10倍。

Verizon Wireless在推出新網路的同時也提供全新的物超所值4G LTE行動寬頻數據方案，收費自每月50美元起，除可享受每月5 GB的容量外，還有兩種新的4G LTE USB數據機：與網路同時推出的LG VL600和即將推出的Pantech UML290。

Verizon Wireless顧客可從兩個4G LTE行動寬頻數據方案中加以選擇：每月50美元，最高5 GB容量；或每月80美元，最高10 GB容量，超出容量部分按每GB 10美元收費。該公司同時初步提供兩種4G LTE USB 數據機供膝上型電腦連接：與網路同時推出的LG VL600 和即將推出的Pantech UML290。兩種數據機在新訂兩年協議退款50美元後的售價為99.99美元。這兩種USB數據機均具備與Verizon Wireless公司3G　網路的向下兼容性。如果膝上型電腦用戶在旅途中離開了4G LTE的覆蓋區域，網路會繼續保持連接在公司3G網路上。
