I don't know if the issue is the device or verizon, but it almost never connects through its own line, so if you plan to travel, this is not the device for you. complete junk

I'm not too fond of it It is not a touch screen I did not realize it was not Windows not even used it.. I needed it for work our CRM will not operate on Chrome and any other computers the store I can get to does not have any other pc's

Using this laptop always feels like a lot of work because it loads everything very slow, whether you are clicking a button on the screen and it needs to direct you to a different page, or even just web browsing. Keep this in mind, as it does only have 4 gb of ram, but I got it from the verizon sign up offer so I will likely use it to leave a show playing. It is lightweight which is a benefit, although it isn't very strong. It can be a backup to have for things like working on a document for example, but other than that, not really.
