In case you missed it, here are 5 important announcements you missed from Inside Verizon:

  1. We are launching VR training for retail employees that focuses on empathy and reinforcing the relationship we have with our customers.
  2. We showed a sneak peek of the new Verizon Innovative Learning brand campaign which will premiere this weekend during the Emmy Awards.
  3. Verizon Media Group and Getty are awarding $40,000 in grant funding to emerging photographers who are documenting life with a disability.
  4. Sanyogita Shamsunder announced the 5G accessibility challenge to the V Team coming later this year.
  5. And by 2025 50% of Verizon's energy will come from renewable resources. (Bonus: we also surpassed 4 million pounds of e-waste).
