The report, “The Digital Dividend: The First Mover Advantage, provides evidence that links improved business performance and growth with technology adoption. The research reveals when adopting new technologies, businesses fall into three categories: Pioneers, Followers, and Cautious. Pioneers lead in launching new products and expanding into new markets.
