INnet announces the participation of VIV in INnet International NV/SA

Antwerp -- INnet today announces the participation of VIV in INnet International NV/SA. The activities of INnet NV/SA, INnet Luxembourg SA and INnet PIPEX Nederland BV are coordinated through INnet International. VIV, the "Vlaamse Investeringsvennootschap" takes a 10 % stake in INnet International. VIV belongs to the General Bank group of companies. Not only does this participation strengthen the companies financial position, it also reflects the confidence of one of the leading venture capital companies in Belgium. VIV also gets a seat on the board of INnet International.
