Next, we rundown the news: Verizon has introduced a new caller ID tool to help landline customers avoid robocalls and ward off spam; Google Research is giving us a glimpse of how far natural language processing in artificial intelligence has come; and, Verizon has made Indeed’s top 15 list of Best Places to Work for compensation and benefits. The popular job search site ranked Verizon at number 3 on the list.
