Winter Storm Juno Update 1/27/15

As Winter Storm Juno continues to dump near-record snowfall on parts of New England, it has passed the New York Metropolitan and the Mid-Atlantic regions.

Verizon networks are performing well throughout the storm, offering enterprise customers the reliability they depend on. Our operations teams are closely monitoring the storm’s impact, and are ready to deploy if required.

Before the first snowflake fell, all back-up batteries and generators at our key network facilities had been tested and fueled to help keep power flowing in the event of prolonged commercial power outages.

Medium business and enterprise customers with problems or concerns should contact Verizon through regular points of contact or customer service centers. Medium business and enterprise customers can also access the Enterprise Center.

Verizon FiOS and Verizon Wireless consumers and small business customers can visit Blizzard of 2015: Verizon Keeping Customers Connected for storm-related information.

We will provide our next update at 12 noon ET on Wednesday, January 28.
