Received The watch over a week ago called Verizon support to set it up and they got to the point where it ended up locking me out and now I’m waiting 7 to 10 business days for Apple to unlock it an the Verizon representative was useless and NOT Educated on the process of setting a watch up what a complete joke!

Tried to purchase an iPhone 10 in store and was told that they didn’t have my preferred configuration. I went online and found it on the Verizon website. I tried to purchase online and was put in a loop of entering passwords and text confirmations 8 times before having to contact customer service. Please make it easier for people to give you their money.

I visited my local Verizon store because my Series 3 Apple Watch had stopped working and would not charge. Michael greeted me as I entered the store and listened to my issue. After letting me try an on site charger he checked my plan and advised me on what my options were. Within 30 minutes I had a new watch on order and was on my way home. He was very helpful and got me out in a hurry

Love the watch and service. If you have any issues activating your watch as a Stand Alone, I recommend you call straight to a live person and ask for a level 2 tech. I spent a whole afternoon trying to activate it by myself and that evening E-chatting with tech support, the next day I spent 3 hours 20 min at the Verizon store. The next I was back at it with E-chat and about to cancel the whole apple watch deal when a level 2 tech cut in and activated my watch in less than 10 minutes.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and I have always felt good about my plans and service. I have and had in my plan my iPhone, my mini iPad and my iwatch. I would compare from time to time with other carriers and always felt that I was getting great service at reasonable prices.
And although I have had the same plan and same data usage, all of the sudden I get an email yesterday saying that I ran out of data and I was charged $15 automatically. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THIS BEFORE SO WHY ALL OF THE SUDDEN I HAVE a problem.
And I also recently upgraded my iwatch to the latest version and again, out of the blue, I have to pay extra to have my watch on my plan, I have to change my plan to one that costs significantly more than the plan I have been on for several years!
What I used to pay $96 a month is now going to cost me over $125 a month.
I have been on the website too many times in the past couple of days trying to figure out which plan would be best for me but I can’t get any straight answers.
I am in a nursing home waiting to have complex surgery on my hip. I will be in hospitals and nursing homes for the next 3-4 months. I need to be able to rely on my electronic devices to communicate and now I am handed this suspicious changes and costs increases when every other carrier is slashing prices to retain current customers and attract new clients.
