This was an upsell when I purchased the phone and I never got it. I contacted both Fed Ex and Verizon and they said it was delivered but I never got it. They believe it was stolen from my porch. I live in a gated community and my desk faces my front door. I would have seen someone take it. Now I am out $100.00.

$5 cheaper than Apple they said it was the same exact thing I double checked they said yes yes it was in fact dook. Got hot in the wall. Quality goes down prices go up. Just buy with caution
