Gott them July 10 2024 and the left earbud does not play music even factory reset them and the left one still didn’t work if anyone can fix this let me know

Thanks for your inquiry. Both earbuds of our JBL Vibe Beam should automatically turn On once it's outside the charging case. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, please make sure that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered). Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, on your music player app. This is commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on our JBL Headphone App. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. The battery life is awesome the sound quality I'm also happy with but the Bluetooth don't reach very far I put my phone down on a wood pile and by the time I get to the other side to split only 30 feet away they cut out.

I bought these a couple of months again and I love them! I use them everyday at work! Also would like to say I forgot them in my pocket and I washed and dried them and they still work! I couldn’t be more happy with them! Will most definitely get more of there products in the future!

The build quality of the case is cheap and slippery don't get me started on how hard it is to get the headphones out of the case very difficult with larger fingers but they do sound good again very difficult to remove headphones from case to use because of how small a clearance you have

They worked well and were pretty comfortable in the beginning bit for some reason the left earbud just kept getting quieter and now it's barley even audible I don't know why it's like that but it's just really annoying.

Thanks for the feedback. In order for your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Please try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. You may also check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and the balance control on the JBL Headphone App. Next, this is the most common reason for no sound/lack of sound issues. A simple cleaning will almost always fix this problem. Please click on the link below for detailed online instructions. Lastly, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support. Why can’t I connect my headphones to the app? I’ve tried deleting the app itself and redownloading, resetting the headphones, forgetting the headphones, etc. No matter what the app can’t find them, how do I fix this? The

Is there no way to turn these on without putting them back in the case?

Thanks for reaching out. It is possible to change the standby mode time with your JBL Vibe Beam. To do this, go into the My JBL Headphones app and choose the Standby Time via Auto-off function. You can adjust the time to 15 minutes, 1 hour, etc., or you can choose “Never” if you want to keep the earbuds turned on at all times. Once you set the Auto-off, the earbuds will work according to the setting whether they connect to Bluetooth or disconnect.
