I placed an order the day the system came out with next day delivery. It sat for days without any progress and also didn't allow support to cancel because the order didn't seem to exist on their end. Instead of telling me this first, it took a half dozen calls to support until they acknowledged the issue instead of lying about fixing it. The second my contact ends, I'm going to AT&T

Ordered on launch day and today is July 2. I have yet to receive my Switch 2, I guess that's what I get for ordering a console from a cellular company.

I ordered this on release date but two weeks later still no shipping date.
I grew tired so I chatted with them to cancel but they are having a hard time with it apparently.
I am still getting charged for it a month later and obviously not getting the switch.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK VERIZON

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I waited a long time to get my hands on the Switch 2, and I think it was worth the wait. The screen is beautiful, the high refresh rate is nice, and HDR looks amazing. I play a lot of online games, so the game chat rework is also a very welcome change. I have fun playing MKW with friends, but I also like to play my old Switch games like Pokemon Scarlet and Zelda BOTW. If you can find one, I think this is a great purchase.

Verizon Cancelled my order without permission

Verizon flagged my order for fraud, I called the customer service line as instructed and completed the ID verification process within minutes, and even got an email saying the order had been approved.
Next day I get an email saying the order was cancelled and my account was locked. Customer service was completely useless in helping with the order.

Verizon Canceled My Order… Placed order on a Friday. Received email on a Monday saying they cancelled the order. No reason given. Assume they couldn’t handle the demand of the new system launch and apparently don’t understand how to track their own inventory. Suppose that’s what I get trying to order a console from a phone provider…
