iPhone 13 does not hold a charge. When it is charging, it will overheat when in use. Battery life will go from 2% to 14% then back to 2% and die. I was unfortunately a victim of the infamous iPhone Black Screen of Death. Was working one moment and the next the screen stopped working although I could still hear my notifications and receive calls, my display was not responding to touch nor was it turning on. Force restart had it turn on for a second then off again. My fiancé was actually a victim to this the year prior and had to get a brand new phone- now, I'm in the same boat. Both Apple Support and Geek squad informed my the phone was drawing more power than it could handle and that I would have to spend $400 to fix the issue plus the display if that wasn't working as well for $380. Super disappointing!

The phone works great. The condition of the phone was less than ideal. It was very dirty around the camera, ear piece, and side buttons. I assumed the phone would be cleaned and sanitized before selling. Not the case with this one. Cleaning out someone else’s dead skin and debris was pretty gross.

I have had this phone for 3 years and it’s terrible, the battery dies extremely fast and the battery overheats way too much, the battery goes back up from 9% to 14% when it’s not charging, the camera is decent, sometimes half of the screen goes pink or black, the iOS data system takes up 37 GB, the phone lags extremely bad when your storage is full. Dont buy this phone, buy a used iPhone 15!
