I used to have the A03 and upgraded to the S21 and it's like day and night!!!

The first phone I bought, when it was brand new. It didn't take long for the issues to pop up. First it was the random texting issues, the keyboard wouldn't register my finger taps. Next, it was a moisture detection in charging port that would pop on randomly, and then wouldn't go away. This problem caused me to be unable to charge my phone at all by port. My cord for charging stopping working at all, even for the EXACT wireless SAMSUNG charging station. For the phone. I complained to Verizon about the phone. Then the phone kept telling me I had no Sim card. I complained to Verizon, and they sent me a replacement phone, same type. The same phone still has issues, mostly with the input for the keyboard. I won't be surprised if more issues pop up soon. I had the first phone for less than 2 years, I had it in a protective case, and never took it into humid environments.

I am most certainly not ebjou my new S21FE 5G (Pre Owned) because my package was stolen by FedEx or whomever the delivery driver had sign for my package. I got my son one when it was released, because of it optimal gaming capability & he said ge loves it. (Keep in mind he was 6 at the time) "it has no lag for the graphics, the sound is cool and ir doesn't burn my hand when I've been on it to long"

I got my Samsung Galaxy S21 fe in March of 2023 and it has been a decent phone until about November or December of 2023. It just randomly started losing signal in all of the places that I have never had any issues before in the past. Also, all of my friends that have Verizon still get good signal where I used to "but don't anymore" My phone is basically a paperweight that I have to pay $82 a month on, and I still have two more years on my contract. It's very disappointing and worries me everyday that if my car breaks down or something happens on my long drive home that I won't have any way to get a hold of anyone for miles. When I used to have signal for my entire drive to work, but now my signal is hit or miss and I just want the problem to be fixed... 😩

Cheap phone for twice its worth

Super fragile screen. Cracked from falling off the arm of my recliner. Less than two feet from the floor. Don't want it but now I'm stuck with it for years and they charge more than twice what you can buy the phone for to get out of the contract. Save your money and you can buy this for what you would pay Verizon for two months of service.
