UI 7.0 update

This phone, which I've had for about 3 years, was absolutely fine until May of this year when Samsung decided to introduce the UI 7.0 update. Since that point, mine and many other people's batteries die at an expedited rate. I now have to charge my phone twice a day. Within a few hours, my battery is down to 65 percent. I have altered all of the settings to preserve battery, yet, there's been no resolution from Samsung. So many bad reviews are online about this update.......nothing has been done. I do not recommend this phone, and again, I am very hesitant to buy another Samsung phone.

I got this phone just at a year ago for my Mom and it has not lasted without issue. The battery gave out and the device does not charge past 8% and she can no longer make or receive calls. For the price, so not worth it! Horrible experience!

Where do I start. T This phone has no battery life. It comes with more useless apps than any other phone I have gotten. It is very slow operating system. Bothing about this phone was an upgrade to a S10. My old phone held service better and was able to send text constantly. This is the worst phone I've had with Verizon in 30 years!!

I liked the phone at first (the first 2-3-days) until I realized that I wasn't receiving texts from clients who had IPhones. I am in business and when I have a phone it HAS TO be able to send and receive from Android as well as IPhone. I have gone back to the IPhone and am giving this phone as a present to an Android lover.

My Verizon tech (Jerome) was amazing in assisting me with getting 3 new phones and adding exciting features for each. His manager (Tony) was also great at reassuring me of the changes I was presented. I have been a Verizon customer for years but this is the first time that I received customer service that was over znd above!!
