Customers who choose the $25/100MB Intl Data plan by replying to a text message offer should be aware of the following:
Your Intl Data is covered: The $25/100MB Intl Data plan will be back-dated to the start of your current billing cycle.
The $25/100MB Intl Data plan will be removed at the end of the billing cycle, and the Pay as You Go International Data plan will be re-added.
If your travel continues beyond your billing cycle date, you will receive another request to add the $25/100MB Intl Data plan. To re-add the $25/100MB Intl Data plan, you must reply ‘YES’ to the new message request.
Customers who reply with ‘YES’ but do not get a confirmation message should call Roaming Support at 1-908-559-4899 (free from VZW device), as the $25/100MB feature may not be on the account.
