Getting ready for your move

Moving your Verizon Home service is simple and stress-free and we're here to help.

1. Let us know if your plans change.
   
   If you need to change your dates or cancel your move, call 1.800.922.0204 and we'll update your account
   
   
2. Pack up the Verizon Equipment and accessories.
   
   When you're ready to move, pack up the Verizon equipment. Don't forget the power adapter and cables and accessories.
   
   
3. Set it back up.
   
   For setup instructions, just select the equipment you have at home.
