FOX One perk Terms & Conditions

If you are (1) a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C.; (2) 18 years of age or older; and (3) enrolled on a Welcome Unlimited, Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate phone plan, 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, 5G Home Ultimate, LTE Home, LTE Home Plus, or Fios (except Classic Standalone) Verizon Home Internet (VHI) plan, you are eligible to purchase the $15/mo "FOX One" plan perk. One offer per line/account. Billing commences upon enrollment. Access is granted once your FOX One account has been activated. If your account is not activated within 90 days of enrollment, your FOX One plan perk will be automatically canceled.

If you have an active standalone subscription to FOX One purchased directly from FOX or through another third party, you will need to cancel that subscription before activating FOX One through Verizon to avoid being charged twice. It is your responsibility to manage your subscriptions. Enrollment through Verizon will not automatically replace existing FOX One subscriptions and may result in duplicate charges if not managed separately.

Any free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing associated with existing FOX One subscriptions, if any, will not carry over to the FOX One plan perk purchased through Verizon.

You can cancel the FOX One subscription at any time through My Verizon Online or the My Verizon App. Offer may end without notice. Offers subject to change.
