Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 6620L - Sign in to the Admin Page
Here's how to navigate to the admin page for your Verizon Jetpack - MiFi 6620L.
This helps navigate to the admin page or if you've forgotten the admin password for your device.
- Ensure you have an active connection (wired or wireless) between the MiFi and the device with which you're attempting to access the admin page.
- If the Wi-Fi connection has been previously disabled through the admin page, you may not be able to enable it after a Factory Reset is completed. This may require a wired connection via the USB cable.
- Establish a Wi-Fi network connection with a device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).Wi-Fi name and password can be obtained via the external LED or the sticker on the back of the MiFi.If connecting to a computer, select the appropriate operating system for assistance:
- From the device that's connected to the Jetpack, open a web page then enterhttp://my.jetpackinto the URL address field.Alternatively, enter 192.168.1.1 into the URL address field.If the admin page does not appear, refer to step 1.
- ClickSign In(at the top-right).
- Enter the admin password then clickSign In.The admin password can be obtained via the external LED of the device.
