Here's how to turn Video Calling for your Galaxy S8 / S8+ on or off.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    Advanced Calling
    .
  3. Tap the
    HD Voice and Video Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. If presented with a confirmation screen, tap
    OK
    .
