ZTE Cymbal® LTE - Auto Receive Messages

Here's how to auto receive picture / video messages on your Cymbal.
If you're not receiving picture / video messages, follow the steps below to ensure 'Auto-retrieve' is turned on.
  1. From the main screen, press the
    right soft key
     to choose Messages.
  2. Press the
    left soft key
    to choose Options.
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  3. Select
    Settings
    .
  4. Select
    Multimedia messages
    (MMS)
    .
  5. Select
    Auto-retrieve
     to enable or disable.
    Enabled when a checkmark is present.
