5G MiFi® M1000 - Port Forwarding

Here's how to configure your 5G MiFi M1000 port settings if access is blocked.
  • Changing advanced settings may be harmful to the stability, performance and security of the MiFi. Contact your local IT admin prior to altering any of these settings.
  • Port Forwarding is an advanced feature. For additional assistance, contact your IT support. To obtain settings, contact the app manufacturer.
  2. From the Settings section, click the
    Navigation arrow
     Navigation arrow (lower-right) to open the Settings page.
  3. Click the
    Advanced tab
    , review the warning then click
    Continue
    .
  4. Click
    Port Forwarding
     (located below the Advanced tab).
  5. Click the
    Port Forwarding switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    If turning off Port Forwarding, skip to step 7.
  6. If turned on, select the desired app(s) (e.g., DNS, FTP, HTTP, etc.).
    Selected when a check mark is present.
    If the app isn't listed, click
    Add a Custom Application
     (lower-left) then enter the appropriate info.
  7. Click
    Save Changes
     (lower-right).
