Here's how to restore your eTalk to factory default settings.

A Factory Data Reset:

is the last resort for troubleshooting.

erases all data and restores preferences to factory default specifications.

is only recommended when the existing data has been backed up or is unwanted.

From the main screen, select Menu

Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

Select

Phone Settings

Select

Reset

Select

Erase all data (factory reset)

Select

Reset for Phone & SD card

For SD card only, select

Format SD card

on the previous menu.

Select

Reset

again to confirm.
