Here's how to set up a personal / corporate email account on your Galaxy Note10 / Note10+ / Note10+ 5G.

    Settings app

  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Accounts
    Add account

  3. Tap
    Email
    .
    Check with your email provider or Exchange / IT admin to determine which account type to use.
  4. Select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal IMAP, Personal POP3, etc.).

  5. Enter your email address and password then tap
    Sign in

  6. If presented, tap the appropriate account type (e.g., POP3, IMAP, etc.).
  7. If presented, enter the appropriate info (e.g., SMTP server, port, security type, etc.) then tap

    If you're not sure what your server info is, here are some common personal email server addresses. Contact your email provider if more assistance is needed or your server info isn't listed.
  8. Select the desired Account settings (e.g., Sync frequency, Inbox download size, etc.) then tap

  9. Enter an account name if desired then tap
    NEXT

    If presented, ensure a name is entered for outgoing messages.
