Turn Assisted Dialing On / Off - Nokia

Here's how to turn assisted dialing for your Nokia smartphone on or off.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If not available, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
    If available, tap the 'Assisted dialing' checkbox to turn on.
    Enabled when a checkmark appears.
  3. Tap
    Assisted Dialing
     then
    Assisted dialing switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    Power cycling the phone is recommended after changes are made.
