Add / Remove Fingerprint Recognition - motorola edge+

Here's how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your motorola edge+.
For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    Fingerprint
    .
  3. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • First Time Setup
      1. From the 'Unlock with your fingerprint' screen, tap
        Setup
        .
        If applicable, review the 'Using a screen protector' prompt then tap
        Got it
        .
      2. Touch and hold the onscreen
        Fingerprint sensor
        , follow the prompts to scan your fingerprint then repeat as necessary until the process completes.
      3. Tap
        Done
        .
    • Add More Fingerprints
      1. Tap
        Add fingerprint
        .
        Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
      2. From the 'Using a screen protector' prompt, review then tap
        Got it
        .
      3. Touch and hold the onscreen
        Fingerprint sensor
        , follow the prompts to scan your fingerprint then repeat as necessary until the process completes.
      4. Tap 'Done' if finished or 'Add another' to continue adding fingerprints.
    • Remove Fingerprint(s)
      1. Tap the
        Delete icon
         Delete icon to the right of the fingerprint you want to remove, then tap
        Delete
        .
      2. If presented with 'Remove all fingerprints?', tap
        Yes, remove
         if desired.
