Here's how to remotely manage volume controls via the Care Smart app if your Care Smart watch doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.

- Open theCare Smart app.If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.
- Tap theCare Smartwatch card.
- Scroll down to Volume then adjust the volume by using the slide control on the screen.Setting saves automatically.
