Here's how to clear temporary storage on your Galaxy A12 to improve performance.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Do any of the following:
    • Clear Individual App Cache
      1. Tap
        Apps
        .
      2. Locate then select the appropriate app.
        If system apps aren't visible, tap the
        Filter and sort icon
         Filter and sort icon then tap
        Show system apps switch
         to turn on.
      3. Tap
        Storage
        .
      4. Tap
        Clear cache
        .
        This option may not be available for some apps.
    • Clear All Cached Data
      1. Tap
        Battery and device care
        .
      2. Tap
        Optimize now
        .
