Arlo Go 2 LTE Security Camera - View Software Version

Here's how to view the software version your Arlo Go 2 security camera is running.
  1. Open the Arlo app or navigate and sign in to the Arlo web portal at https://arlo.netgear.com/ via a browser.
    The Arlo web portal doesn't support Internet Explorer®. For more info visit Arlo system requirements.
    If necessary, install the Arlo app.
  2. From the Devices tab, tap or click the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon (to the right of the desired camera name).
  3. Tap or click
    Device Info
    .
    May require scrolling to the bottom.
  4. View the Firmware version.
    To verify the camera has the latest version, refer to Install Device Software Updates.
