Here's how to import /export contacts from a comma separated values (*.csv) file via Entourage.

    Click
    Finder
    Applications
    Microsoft Office
    Entourage

  2. Click
    File
    Import
    .
  3. Select Import information from a text file then click the
    right arrow
     (located in the lower-right corner).
  4. Select Import contacts from a tab- or comma-delimited text file click the
    right arrow
     (located in the lower-right corner).
  5. Select the desired.csv file then click
    Import
    .
  6. Select the desired field mapping then click
    Import
    .
  7. Click
    Finish
