Samsung Galaxy A13 - Enable / Disable / Modify Screen Lock

Here's how to set up, change or disable the screen lock option (e.g., password, pattern, etc.) for your Galaxy A13.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Lock screen
    Screen lock type
  3. Perform one of the following:
    • Set Up Pattern
      1. Tap
        Pattern
        .
      2. Draw an unlock pattern (connecting at least 4 dots) then tap
        Continue
        .
      3. Draw the same pattern again then tap
        Confirm
        .
    • Set Up PIN
      1. Tap
        PIN
        .
      2. Enter a numeric PIN (4 to 16 digits) then tap
        Continue
        .
        If preferred, tap (check)
        Confirm PIN without tapping OK
        .
      3. Re-enter the numeric PIN then tap
        OK
        .
    • Set Up Password
      1. Tap
        Password
        .
      2. Enter a password (4 to 16 characters, including at least one letter) then tap
        Show password icon
         Show password icon.
      3. Re-enter the password then tap
        OK
        .
    • Disable Screen Lock
      1. Tap 'None' or 'Swipe'.
