Razer Edge 5G - Customize Your Home Screen

Here's how to add / remove Home screen items (widgets, apps or folders) and set the wallpaper on your Razer Edge 5G.
To customize the Home screen on your Razer Edge 5G, do any of the following.

A shortcut to an individual contact or bookmark can be added to the Home screen via a widget.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Touch and hold an app.
  3. Drag the shortcut to the preferred Home screen then release.
    For the app to be successfully added, there must be sufficient space on the desired screen. If needed, additional Home screen panels may be added.
Widgets are mini-apps (e.g., weather, clock, calendar, etc.) that can be added to a Home screen. They aren't the same as shortcuts as they generally display info and take up more space than a single icon.
  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space until the pop-up menu appears.
  2. Tap
    Widgets
    .
  3. Tap an application to see the available widgets.
    Some widgets offer different size options. If no additional options are available, skip to the next step.
  4. Touch and hold the desired widget.
  5. Drag the widget to the preferred Home screen then release.
    For the widget to be successfully added, there must be sufficient space on the desired screen. If needed, additional Home screen panels may be added.
  6. If applicable, tap additional options to activate the widget.
    Options vary depending upon the type of widget.
  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold the item (e.g., widgets, shortcuts, folders, etc.).
  2. Drag the icon to
    Remove
    (top) and then release.
    If the screen is set to landscape, drag the icon to the 'X' (upper-left).
  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold a shortcut (e.g., Email).
  2. Drag the shortcut onto another shortcut (e.g., Gmail) then release.
  3. To name a folder:
    1. Tap the folder.
    2. Tap
      Edit Name
      .
    3. Enter the folder name then tap the
      Checkmark icon
      checkmark icon (bottom-right).
      To remove a folder, drag the app(s) out of an existing folder until the folder disappears.
  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area until the pop-up menu appears.
  2. Tap
    Wallpapers
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To use an existing wallpaper image:
      1. Tap
        Wallpaper &  style
        .
      2. Tap
        CHANGE WALLPAPER
        .
      3. Select a category (e.g., Landscapes, Art, etc.), then select a wallpaper image from the list.
      4. From the Preview screen, tap the preferred option (Home screen, Lock screen).
      5. Tap the
        Check icon
        Checkmark icon (bottom-right).
      6. Tap the preferred option (Home screen, Lock screen, Home screen and lock screen).
    • To change the color palette:
      1. Tap
        Wallpaper &  style
        .
      2. From the Wallpaper colors tab, tap a default color palette or tap Basic colors to select a preferred color.
    • To use an image from your gallery:
      1. Tap
        My photos
        .
        If prompted, review the location info message then tap
        Allow
        .
      2. Locate then tap the preferred photo(s) to select.
      3. From the preview screen, tap
        Set wallpaper
        (upper-left).
      4. Tap the preferred option (Home screen, Lock screen, Home screen and lock screen).
