Here's how to create and send a text message from your Galaxy Watch Ultra.

From the watch screen, open the

Messages app

Tap

Start chat

Do one of the following:

To select a contact, tap the preferred contact.

To enter a number, tap the

Keypad icon

, then tap the

Checkmark icon

Tap

Start chat

then do any of the following:

Type a Message:

Tap the Message field.

Swipe up from the bottom of the watch face to change the text input method (e.g., Write text by hand, keypad, numbers, etc.) then enter a message.

Tap the

Checkmark icon

Use Voice Service to create text:

Tap the

Voice icon

Speak your message then tap the

Checkmark icon

Send an Emoji:

Tap the

Emoji icon

Tap the desired emoji then tap the

Send icon
