Verizon Family - Enable / Disable Biometrics and Keep Me Signed In
Here's how to turn Biometrics and Keep me Signed In on or off using the Verizon Family app.
- To perform the steps below, ensure the Verizon Family app is installed.
- Each time a user enables or disables their account-level biometrics settings, a Significant Account Change(SAC) notification is sent.
- From the Verizon Family app, tap theMore tab.
- TapAccount.
- Tap any of the following to turn on or off:
- Biometric Login
- Long-term sign-in (up to 6 months)The customer must log in once every 45 days to remain logged in.
