Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your JOY 2.

The Orbic® JOY 2 supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.

Ensure the device is powered off.

From the left edge of the device (display facing up), insert the SIM removal tool into the hole to remove the card tray.

Do one of the following then re-insert the card tray by pressing it in:

Insert SD / memory card

With the gold contacts facing down, insert the SD / memory card.

Remove SD / memory card

If necessary, gently pull to remove the SD / memory card.
