Here's how to prevent the deletion of parental controls and the Verizon Family Companion app via Verizon Family on your Android device.

Open the

Verizon Family app

then tap

Tap

Sharing & deletion management

Select your dependent's device(s).

Tap

Generate PIN

Tap

Send PIN

Open the push notification or SMS text on your dependent's device.

Enter the PIN on your dependent's device.

From the Deletion protection has been removed screen, tap
