Check / Delete Visual Voicemail Messages - LG

Here's how to check, listen to and delete Visual Voicemail messages from your LG smartphone.
  1. From the Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon
    Voicemail Visual Voicemail app
    .
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Refresh
    .
  4. Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:
    If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
    • Play message
      1. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message then tap
        PLAY
        .
      2. To enable / disable the speakerphone, tap
        Speaker icon
         Speaker icon (lower-left).
        Enabled when a blue indicator is present.
    • To delete a message:
      1. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the preferred message.
      2. Tap
        Delete
         Trashcan icon then tap
        Yes
        .
        To delete multiple messages:
        1. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
          Trashcan icon
           Trashcan icon (upper-right).
        2. Tap (check) the desired messages
          To delete all, tap
          Select all
           (upper-left).
        3. Tap
          DELETE
           (lower-left) then tap
          YES
          .
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your LG smartphone or from another phone.
