If you are (1) a legal resident of the 50 United States and D.C. and (2) 18 years of age or older, on a Welcome Unlimited, Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate phone plan, you are eligible to purchase the $10/mo “Verizon Family Plus” plan perk.

One Verizon Family Plus perk per eligible line.

Billing begins upon enrollment. Access begins upon activation of the line.

You must download the Verizon Family app on family members’ compatible iOS or Android devices to use Verizon Family Plus perk features.

Previously purchased Verizon Family or Smart Family plans will be cancelled upon enrolling in Verizon Family Plus Perk.

Verizon Family Plus includes location sharing and alerts, parental controls for calls, texts and online activity, driving insights, roadside assistance, and 24/7 Assist.

Verizon Family will only monitor calls and text activity over the cellular network, and not activity through iMessage, Google Messages or other third-party messaging and calling apps. 24/7 Assist is a professional monitoring service that connects users with live agents from WiMacTel Inc. dba Viiz Communications, must be 18 and older to use 24/7 Assist. Roadside Assistance is provided through Signature Motor Club, up to 4 events/year for your account.

You can cancel Verizon Family Plus perk at any time from your account on verizon.com or the My Verizon App. Offer may end without notice.
