At NBA All-Star weekend we took to the courts to show off our new 5G headsets. NBA All Stars Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards and Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans demonstrated how 5G technology – connecting a pair of first person goggles and helmet-mounted cameras – could give two NFL players the ability to run plays and catch footballs in a virtual reality environment. Next, we spotlight more of our network engineers; they tell their personal stories. Lastly, we are continuing our celebration of Black History Month with a documentary screening on Wednesday, February 28th from 12- 1 PM. Guests include Val Demings, First Female Chief of Police, Orlando, Florida; Common, Award Winning Artist, Actor & Producer; Misty Copeland, Ballet Dancer; Leland Melvin, Astronaut; Michelle Obama, Former First Lady of the United States.
