This December, we are again hosting our Hope for the Holidays Toy Drive at stores in Illinois and Wisconsin. With a simple donation, you have a chance to help put a smile on the face of a child whose life has been turned upside-down by domestic violence.

When you’re shopping this holiday season, consider making a stop for something extra. Donated gifts may include items such as coloring books, crayons, board games, cars/trucks, dolls, action figures, stuffed animals, arts and crafts kits, and G-rated DVDs. All donations must be new, packaged and unwrapped.

Donations can be made through Saturday, December 15 during regular business hours.

Domestic violence is an epidemic that reaches into our communities, impacting one out of every four women in America, and children are very often the forgotten victims. Your donation is a way for children living in and supported by the domestic violence shelters and service organizations in your communities to feel love and support, when it is all too often missing in their lives.

Join us this holiday season. Stop by Verizon stores across Wisconsin and in selected communities in Illinois today and look for the specially marked bin.

We appreciate your support!
