Verizon Regional Vice President of Government Affairs Leecia Eve recently completed a series of state-of-the-company presentations for local business and community leaders, and local elected officials from across New Jersey, receiving positive feedback from everyone who attended.

Some attendees from the Dec. 4 address at Verizon’s operations center in Livingston shared their insights about Verizon’s importance to New Jersey and its economic well-being.

“Verizon’s investment in its networks, it's support for innovation, both inside and outside the company, and it's commitment to diversity and the communities it serves make Verizon a very special company that is proud to call New Jersey home.”

Leecia discussed how Verizon has transformed itself from a traditional phone company into a global technology leader and how we are using that technology to empower our customers and transform our society for the better.

She discussed how the communications industry is evolving and how Verizon’s investments in wireless, broadband and cloud assets give the company the ability to do what others cannot – deliver truly integrated solutions that work across all devices and platforms.

Leecia also touched on the proud history that Verizon has in the state of New Jersey, its commitment to diversity, sustainability and corporate philanthropy.

Said Leecia, “Verizon’s investment in its networks, it's support for innovation, both inside and outside the company, and it's commitment to diversity and the communities it serves make Verizon a very special company that is proud to call New Jersey home.”
