Our new store in Peoria, IL was on the first stop of the Fighting Illini Caravan, a tour of University of Illinois athletic coaches through the state of Illinois. The coaches stopped by to spend time talking with fans and employees, answering questions and taking pictures.

“Customers took advantage of the time to ask the coaches questions about the upcoming season,” reported area district manager Dave Finch. “It’s always fun to have in-store events, especially when they allow for such personal interaction.”

Both new football coach Tim Beckman and men’s basketball coach John Groce talked about their excitement to hit the ground running building relationships with schools in Illinois and champions on the football field and basketball court.
