MIAMI – December 16, 2012 — Terremark, a Verizon Company, today announced that Nelson Fonseca has been named president of the company. Fonseca succeeds Kerry Bailey, who was named chief marketing officer of Verizon Enterprise Solutions, a new global organization that will oversee all business, government and wholesale operations from across Verizon’s wireless and wireline businesses.

Fonseca previously served as chief operating officer of Terremark, with responsibility for driving operational efficiencies and ensuring the company’s continued focus on execution excellence.
