With 2013 right around the corner, many of us are preparing to make our annual New Year’s resolutions. According to an article published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology by The University of Scranton this month, weight loss tops the list of resolutions with 38% of all resolutions falling within this category. Even though weight loss is the most popular resolution, it's not one that is often kept throughout the entire year. According to the study, more than half of us abandon our weight loss resolutions after just six months.
