BELL ATLANTIC SIGNS ALLIANCE WITH APDI
TO PROVIDE INTERNET, ON-LINE CONNECTIONS TO ASSOCIATIONS

Product Provides Electronic Link to Public, "Secure"
Communications Tool for Associations

RESTON, VA -- Bell Atlantic Internet Solutions
and Application
Programming & Development Inc. (APDI) are joining forces to help
associations establish electronic communications links with their
members and with the public.

Through its strategic alliance with APDI, Bell Atlantic will offer
association customers a customized on-line service for their
membership. The offering will provide organizations with access to
e-mail, information bulletins, as well as templates for file
libraries, discussion forums, newsletters, resource directories, and a
site on the World Wide Web. Users will be able to connect to these
services via standard dial-up lines or the Internet.
