Massachusetts Firm Receives High Marks for Customer Service

NEW YORK - The Resource Connection of Middleton, Mass., has won the Bell Atlantic Supplier Excellence Award for outstanding customer service.

The Resource Connection, a women-owned staffing services firm, is among five winners selected from 6,500 Bell Atlantic suppliers. The Resource Connection recruits, screens and evaluates candidates for Bell Atlantic Information Services group to fill both temporary and long-term positions.

The Resource Connection co-owners, Chief Executive Officer Sallyann Tomarchio and President Janet Santa Anna, will accept the award at the company's offices in Middleton, Mass., at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 31. Bell Atlantic Information Services Vice President - Human Resources Howard Hayman will present the award.
