NEW YORK and LEXINGTON, Mass. - DSCI Corporation and Verizon today announced the signing of commercially-negotiated, multi-year agreements under which Verizon will continue to provide the underlying network for DSCI's Enterprise-level customers. The new arrangements succeed the Enterprise UNE-platform arrangements previously provided by Verizon to DSCI.

Sean Dandley, DSCI president and CEO, said, "Our organization's new agreement with Verizon provides us, and our loyal Enterprise customers, with long-term pricing stability and access to one of the industry's most reliable networks. The entire DSCI team looks forward to continuing and expanding our partnership with Verizon."

Virginia Ruesterholz, president of Verizon's Wholesale Markets Group, stated: "Verizon and DSCI have built these agreements on an already strong relationship. These commercial arrangements further strengthen our partnership over multiple years and eliminate the need to use the regulatory process. I am pleased that DSCI recognizes the reliability of the Verizon network and the value it brings to DSCI customers."
