THE CUSTOMER CALL CENTER
World-Premier Demonstration at Computer Telephony Conference and
Los Angeles, CA - Companies looking for ways to distinguish

have a new marketing channel. Teloquent Communications Corp., a leading

to work with Bell Atlantic to develop a video call center application and
interactive video station.
A prototype of the application will be demonstrated today for the first
time at the Computer Telephony Conference and Expo at Teloquent
