Verizon SuperPages in Dunkirk, N.Y. Expands to Include Entire Chautauqua County Area

DUNKIRK, N.Y. - Verizon SuperPages, the world's largest print and online directory publisher, has expanded the coverage and distribution of the Dunkirk directory to encompass the entire Chautauqua County area. With this change, the company has also renamed the directory to the Chautauqua County Plus SuperPages directory, effective with the November, 2003 publication.
"Our SuperPages advertisers and consumer's told us this would be a good change and make the directory more useful in our community," said local General Sales Manager Bob Bickmire. "Now, residents and businesses need only one directory for complete coverage of the county."
The directory includes countywide listings for both businesses and residents in the white pages, and business names and advertising for the entire county in the yellow pages. In addition, a heading index makes it easier to find businesses in the yellow pages.
The phone book also has listings and maps for area attractions in the 24-page Community Magazine, including theaters, stadiums and museums. A separate "blue pages" local government section allows consumers to quickly connect with agencies they need to find.
The newly expanded Verizon SuperPages Chautauqua County Plus directory was delivered to 70,000 businesses and residents in November. Anyone who did not receive the directory should call toll-free 800-888-8448.
